The Hammer Nutrition Flask is semi-rigid but squeezable. It also has a wide mouth that makes it easy to fill and clean. It’s very handy, the size is just 2.25” x 5.75” so it’s very easy and convenient to carry. It fits the jersey pocket or frame bag and fits nicely into the hand with a molded finger on one side for an easy grip.
